Kay's Artist Statement

As an artist, we are all painters of light, without light there are no colors forming beautiful highlights and shadows.  We are all painters of history, whether we paint historical renderings or the impressions of our time as we see it and feel it.  For me, I hope to convey a sense of place and way of life as I have lived it.
